We're inviting a limited number of businesses to run on Roots HQ while it's still in beta. Applications are reviewed — submitting this form does not grant access.

What the program is

What you get, and what we ask

While you're in the beta

  • Roots HQ is free for the duration of the beta.
  • You're running a product that's still being built — expect rough edges, changes, and the occasional bug.
  • We'll ask for feedback on what's working and what isn't.
  • Unreleased features and anything else not yet public stay confidential — that's the agreement below.

After general availability

  • Beta participants get 50% off for 12 months, counted from Roots HQ's general-availability date.
  • That date is the same for everyone in the program — the 12 months isn't measured from when you joined or from your first invoice.
  • After that 12-month window, standard pricing applies.

Applications are reviewed by our team before access is granted. We haven't set a fixed turnaround time — we'll follow up at the email address you provide.
