Platform

One business. One connected headquarters.

Roots HQ isn’t a bundle of separate tools sold together. Products, stock, orders, customers, events and your numbers are one set of records, so what you enter in one place is already true everywhere it belongs.

Enter it once

One product, everywhere it belongs.

Philodendron Brasil is added once in the product editor. The storefront and Roots POS read the same record, and whichever way it sells, it comes off the same stock count.

  2. The public Willow & Fern product page for Philodendron Brasil.

    Storefront

The same product on a page customers can find and you can share.

  3. Roots POS on Android at the Autumn Pop-Up, with Philodendron Brasil in the product grid.

Follow one sale

The order knows what it is and what happens next.

Online, event, delivery and pickup orders share one board. Open one and the customer, the items and the fulfilment are already there — and the same orders are in Roots Manager on your phone.

Follow one market day

The event carries its own work.

The Autumn Pop-Up is published with its date, place and cover photo, customers can order ahead for pickup there, packing has a checklist with progress, and Roots POS sells at the booth against the same event and the same stock.

One customer record

A customer is more than an email address.

However someone buys — online, at an event, for pickup or delivery — it is one person with one history, and what they are interested in follows them.

The numbers

Where the money came from, with the story still attached.

Sales from your own shop and your other platforms land on one dashboard, alongside the Ledger where your expenses, receipts and payouts live. Roots HQ keeps those records together for you and your accountant; it is not your accounting system.

Calyx

Calyx helps you see it. You decide.

Because the records are connected, Calyx can notice that a best seller is about to run out or that customers haven’t been back — and propose a next step. Supported changes are applied only after you confirm.

  1. Propose

Calyx spots something and suggests a next step.

  2. Review

You see exactly what would change.

  3. Apply

Only when you confirm. Or not at all.

CalyxDemo data
A Calyx insight in Roots HQ: Rosemary Starter Plant sold 23 units in 30 days and has 5 left; the suggested inventory adjustment says “Nothing changes until you confirm”, with Cancel and Confirm buttons.

Tell us about your business.

Roots HQ is currently welcoming selected businesses into the beta. Every business applies the same way: tell us where you sell and what takes too much of your time — that is how we learn whether Roots HQ fits, and where your setup should start.

What the application is for

  • Tell us how you sell, not why you deserve it
  • Your application is reviewed by our team
  • Standard onboarding is included with every Roots HQ plan.
