Plan events, take orders ahead for pickup there, and sell at the booth in Roots POS on an Android phone or tablet.

Customers choose pickup (including at your next event) or local delivery within your radius.

Send an invoice with a link to pay online.
Connected · A live link to your account
Square
Card payments in Roots POS and on invoice payment links, through your own Square account.
Payments only — there is no catalogue, order, inventory or customer sync with Square. Tapping a phone to pay needs Square’s Tap to Pay entitlement on your account (Square decides) and an eligible Android device; until then the POS takes a card reader or keyed card entry.
PayPal
Customer payments at storefront checkout and on invoices, through your own PayPal account.
Payments only.
EasyPost
Live carrier rates, label purchase and tracking, through your own EasyPost account.
Shipping only; carriers are billed through your EasyPost account.
Your email provider
Order emails and email campaigns are sent through the email provider you choose (SMTP).
Roots HQ sends through your provider; it is not an email service itself.

eBay
Pulls eBay orders into your Roots HQ order queue using your own eBay developer app.
Uses your workspace’s own eBay developer app. You enter its client ID and client secret in Settings. Does not complete eBay sign-in inside Roots HQ yet. OAuth and refresh tokens cannot currently be obtained through the app. eBay does not include its fees in that order data, so they show as $0 until you reconcile. Listing to eBay from Roots HQ is available for mineral specimens only.
Etsy
Pulls Etsy receipts into your Roots HQ order queue using your own Etsy app.
Uses your workspace’s own Etsy app. You enter its keystring, shared secret and shop ID in Settings. Does not complete Etsy sign-in inside Roots HQ yet. OAuth and refresh tokens cannot currently be obtained through the app. Etsy fees are not part of that data, so they show as $0 until you reconcile. Can create an Etsy draft listing when a supported mineral is cross-listed and remove that listing when the item sells elsewhere. Roots HQ does not provide general Etsy listing management.

No live connection; nothing updates until you upload again.

Bring your Whatnot sales into your reports by uploading an export.
No live connection — Whatnot's seller API is not open.
Palmstreet
Bring your Palmstreet sales into your reports by uploading an export.
No live connection; Palmstreet has no public seller API, so listings are posted by you.
Next to Roots HQ, not connected to it
Facebook & Instagram
You can send a blog post or a live-show announcement to your own Facebook Page or Instagram account after adding your own Meta access tokens in Settings. There is no one-click connection yet, and nothing comes back into Roots HQ.
Live streaming
Stream from your own streaming software to the services you use. Roots HQ runs the selling around the show — products, claims, the order queue — but does not host the stream, and one-click YouTube or Facebook connections are not available yet.
TikTok Shop and other marketplaces
Not connected. Keep selling there and record those sales in Roots HQ if you want them in your reports.
Not listed: services Roots HQ itself runs on, such as its own subscription billing and the AI models behind Calyx. They aren’t connections you set up, so they aren’t integrations. Connection credentials are encrypted and stored for your workspace only, and incoming webhooks are checked against the sender’s signature before anything happens.
