By accessing or using the Roots HQ platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Roots HQ is a software platform that provides storefront, marketing, fulfillment, content, and reporting tools for independent sellers. Access is provisioned by request on a per-tenant basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share access with unauthorized parties and to notify us immediately of any suspected breach.

4. Acceptable Use

Use of Roots HQ is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Payment and Billing

Pricing and billing terms will be specified in your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data.

7. Intellectual Property

Roots HQ and its content are owned by the operator. You retain rights to your own content and data submitted to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Roots HQ is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
