Minerals

Inventory built for one-of-a-kind specimens.

Each mineral specimen is unique. The minerals module tracks inventory, pricing, vendors, and financials at the specimen level — and uses AI to suggest prices based on comparable sales you select.

Specimen inventory

Track each piece individually.

Create a record for each specimen with mineral type, vendor source, acquisition details, and current listing status. The inventory view shows what you have, what's listed, and what's sold.

  • Per-specimen records with mineral type and vendor
  • Listing status tracked: unlisted, listed, sold
  • Mineral type library — add and categorize types
  • Vendor tracking for acquisition source

AI pricing

AI price suggestions from comparables you select.

For each specimen, you pick comparable sales from the available data set. The AI then suggests a price based on those comparables. You approve, adjust, or override — the suggestion is a starting point, not the final word.

  • Select your own comparables per specimen
  • AI suggests a price from selected comparables
  • You approve or override before it's applied
  • Comparable selection is visible and auditable

Marketplace cross-listing

List the same specimen across multiple channels.

Cross-list specimens to connected marketplaces. When a specimen sells on one channel, you mark it sold and it clears from the other listings — no double-selling.

  • Cross-list to connected marketplaces
  • Manual sold status clears from other channels
  • Channel shown on the specimen record
  • Works alongside the storefront listing

Per-specimen financials

Know exactly what each piece cost and returned.

Record acquisition cost per specimen. When it sells, the revenue and COGS are posted to the reporting layer. You can see margin per specimen without exporting anything.

  • Acquisition cost recorded per specimen
  • Sale price and cost feed into P&L
  • Per-specimen margin visible in the admin
  • Rolls into the overall COGS and revenue totals
