Manage your store from your Android device.
The Roots HQ Android app gives you order management, contact lookup, and live show monitoring from your phone. The full web admin is also accessible from any mobile browser.
The native app is Android only. If you use iOS or another device, the full web admin is accessible from any modern browser — no app required.
Both apps ask which workspace to connect to the first time you sign in — type your own address, then your usual email and password. One download works for every store on Roots HQ; until August 2026 the builds were tied to a single workspace, which is why the download used to be offered to one store only.
A separate Roots HQ POS app handles in-person payments at markets and pop-ups — Square card-reader or keyed card entry, charging through Square's Web Payments SDK so the app never sees a raw card number. Tap-to-pay is not usable yet on most accounts: the native module ships in the app, but tapping to charge needs Square’s own Tap to Pay entitlement and an eligible device. See in-person payments.
Orders
Review and update orders from your phone.
See incoming orders, check fulfillment status, and move orders through stages — without going to a desktop. Useful when you're at a market or away from the shop.

Live show monitoring
Monitor your stream without leaving the floor.
During a live show, the app shows the active session: which product is spotlighted, recent claims and orders, and the just-sold feed. You can keep an eye on activity while you're on camera.
